1. The Design Phase We don't sell furniture off a shelf. We design it for your space. To begin, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit to cover the cost of your premium hardwoods, epoxy and Other materials/Supplies your specific project calls for.
2. The Build (Patience Required) Showroom Quality takes time. A typical project takes anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks. This is not a factory; it is a one-man artisan shop.
3. The "Curing" Phase (The most important part) You cannot rush chemistry. Once the table is poured and finished, it must cure. This can take up to 3 weeks depending on humidity. We will not release a table until the finish is 100% Fully Cured and Ready for Real World Use.
4. Updates & Communication To keep production moving, I spend my days in the shop, not at a desk. project updates are sent out on Fridays.
5. Delivery & Final Payment The final balance is due before the piece leaves our shop. We accept Credit Card or ACH via our secure online portal. Delivery is Complimentary within Ten Miles of us.
